1. Payment provider

MeteoDecid Drone purchases are processed by Paddle, which acts as Merchant of Record and seller for the transaction.

2. Refunds

Refund eligibility is governed by Paddle's applicable refund policy, buyer terms, and mandatory consumer-protection law. Nothing on this page limits any non-waivable statutory rights.

3. One-time annual access

The current MeteoDecid Drone Pro annual offer is a one-time purchase and does not automatically renew. Refund eligibility for this one-time transaction follows the rules applied by Paddle and applicable law.

4. Technical problems

If a persistent technical problem prevents you from accessing the service as described, contact cranforce.ai@gmail.com. We will first try to resolve the problem. Where a refund is appropriate, it is processed through Paddle rather than by a direct payment from MeteoDecid.

5. How to request a refund

You may use the refund or support options provided by Paddle in your transaction receipt or contact Paddle buyer support. You may also contact MeteoDecid support and we will assist with identifying the transaction and resolving the issue.
